At The Umakk, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Due to the nature of herbal products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

Returns Eligibility

You can request a return only if:

• You received a wrong product

• The product arrived damaged/leaking

• The product is unused & sealed

No Return On

• Used products

• Opened/Unsealed items

• Change of mind

Return Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

• Refund will be issued only after the product is inspected.

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

If available, we will send a replacement instead of refund.
